ARC Business School operates under a comprehensive institutional and academic governance framework. The highest authority in the institution is the Supervisory Board (SB), which is headed by the President and is responsible for directing and overseeing the business school’s operations.
The Faculty Academic Board (FAB) is responsible for directing and controlling academic matters within the institution. It meets monthly and is headed by the Head of Faculty. The FAB oversees and monitors academic policies, procedures, and standards, as well as quality assurance, in collaboration with the Quality of Education Board (QEB).
The Research Advisory Board (RAB) is responsible for creating knowledge and implementing the applied research strategy of ARC.
Involving students in the decision-making process is crucial. The FAB includes class presidents and the Alumni Advisory Board to represent students and ensure their voices are heard.
